• Service is free and funded by the local government for residents of the City of Frederick, Town of Edmonston, Town of Bladensburg, City of College Park, Town of Chevy Chase, Town of Somerset, Chevy Chase Section 3 and Section 5, Village of Chevy Chase North and the Village of Martin's Additions
• City of Alexandria residents pay a discounted fee 
  
• City of Falls Church residents pay a discounted fee
  
• City of Greenbelt residents pay a discounted fee
• City of Manassas residents get the first three months free & then pay a discounted fee
• Other neighborhoods may have discounts depending on the number of homes participating
